Education & Training

Martins Iyekekpolor is an innovation specialist and behavioural designer with seven years of experience leveraging human-centred design and social and behavioural change frameworks to co-research and co-create contextualised solutions in communities across the globe. He has worked with organisations like WFP, UNICEF, UNFPA, UNDP, Challenge Works, MARCH centre, LSHTM, etc.

He is a 23/24 Chevening Awards and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine Alumna with an MSc in Public Health for Development. Currently working within the context of implementation research, impact and economic evaluation of public health interventions globally.

Martins is not one to shy away from the creative process. He fearlessly merges evidence-based design research with innovative thinking to drive change. Whether it’s supporting stakeholders, engaging with government agencies, or partnering to improve public health outcomes, Martins always finds unconventional ways to unpack data and transform it into actionable insights. He also loves to cook, travel and teach young people for fun. He believes life is by DESIGN.
