At Elkheir Healthcare Foundation, we work to improve the health, dignity, and well-being of girls through community-led health interventions, advocacy, and education.

Our work places strong emphasis on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and preventive health approaches. We also recognize that menstrual health is closely linked to Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH).

Through our school-based programs, we promote safe hygiene practices by combining menstrual health education with access to clean water, sanitation facilities and safe menstrual products. We create safe spaces where girls can learn, ask questions, and build confidence without shame or stigma.
